Piper Ops

Terms of Service.

Effective October 30, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of piperops.com, operated by Marcus and Rodin LLC under the Piper Ops name (“Piper Ops,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them before using the website. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

1. Website use and client engagements

This website introduces our services and helps you decide whether to contact us. Submitting an inquiry or scheduling a consultation does not establish a client relationship or commit either party to an engagement.

Paid services begin under a separate written agreement. That agreement governs the scope, fees, payment, cancellation, confidentiality, intellectual property, responsibilities, and other terms of the engagement. These website Terms do not replace or modify it. If there is a conflict concerning paid services, the signed agreement controls.

2. Information and client results

Website content provides general business information. It is not a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances, including legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice from an appropriate professional.

Case studies, testimonials, and examples describe particular experiences. They do not promise what another business will achieve. Results depend on factors including the business, market, team, resources, and execution. We do not guarantee revenue, profit, cost savings, time savings, or other outcomes. Any commitments for paid work must be stated in the signed agreement.

3. Our content and your permitted use

Website text, graphics, branding, and other materials belong to Piper Ops or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names and logos remain the property of their owners.

You may read, download, print, and share reasonable excerpts internally to evaluate our services, keeping attribution and ownership notices intact. You may link to our public pages without implying our endorsement or affiliation. These permissions do not allow you to resell our materials, republish substantial portions, present our work as your own, or use our branding without permission. Uses otherwise permitted by law remain permitted.

If you believe material on this website infringes your rights, email hello@piperops.com with the page URL, a description of the material and your rights, and your contact details so we can review it.

4. Inquiries and information you provide

Please provide accurate information and only share information you are authorized to disclose. Avoid including sensitive personal information or confidential client material in an initial inquiry or booking note.

You retain ownership of the materials you provide. Sending an inquiry permits us to use it to respond and evaluate possible work together; it does not grant us a general right to publish, sell, or use your materials in marketing. Confidentiality obligations for an engagement are addressed in a separate written agreement.

5. Acceptable use and access

You may not use the website unlawfully, impersonate another person, infringe others’ rights, submit malicious code or spam, disrupt the website, or attempt to access systems or information not intended for you.

We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect the website, or meet legal obligations. We may also change or discontinue website features. This does not change our obligations under a signed client agreement.

6. Third-party services and AI summaries

The website links to or embeds services provided by others, including Calendly and AI assistants. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services. We do not control their availability, security, or content.

AI-summary links open an external assistant with a prompt about our public website. Any resulting summary is generated by that provider, may contain errors, and is not an official offer or commitment from Piper Ops. Contact us to confirm details that matter to your decision.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Notice explains our handling of website, inquiry, and booking information. You can manage optional analytics and advertising through Privacy Choices. Acceptance of these Terms does not constitute consent to optional tracking or marketing messages.

8. Website warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its general information are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the website will always be available, error-free, or current.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Marcus and Rodin LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, this website. These limitations apply to the website, not to obligations under a signed client agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or willful misconduct, limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

9. Governing law and remaining provisions

Texas law governs these website Terms, without applying its conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise. This does not change the governing law or dispute provisions of a separate signed agreement.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Our decision not to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.

10. Updates and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and its effective date. Changes apply to future website use and do not retroactively change a signed client agreement. Material changes will be identified on this page, with additional notice where required by law.
