Piper Ops

Privacy notice.

Last updated October 18, 2026

Piper Ops is operated by Marcus and Rodin LLC. This notice explains how we handle information when you visit this website, contact us, or schedule a consultation.

Information you share with us

When you email us or book a consultation, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, company information, and any message or preparation notes. We use them to respond, arrange the meeting, understand your inquiry, and discuss possible work together.

Booking uses Calendly and our calendar and email services. Booking details are not automatically sent to a CRM, email-marketing platform, or another automation. Please avoid including confidential client information or sensitive personal information in a booking note.

Website information and cookies

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver and protect the website. We also store your privacy choices in your browser for up to 180 days.

Your choices

Optional analytics and advertising tags stay off until you allow them. You can accept or reject them separately, and change your mind using Privacy choices. Declining does not prevent you from reading the site or scheduling a consultation. We honor Global Privacy Control by keeping advertising tracking off.

Our controls apply to this website and browser. Changing them does not erase information already received by a provider or change your settings on another website. You can also manage cookies through your browser and advertising settings through Meta and X.

Who processes information

We use service providers for hosting, scheduling, email, and calendar services. With your permission, we also use the analytics and advertising providers described above. Advertising data sharing may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under some privacy laws; you can decline it through Privacy choices.

Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their notices explain their practices: Cloudflare, Calendly, Google, Meta, and X.

AI summaries and other websites

The AI-summary feature copies a public company brief for you to paste into an assistant of your choice. It does not automatically send your inquiry or booking details. When you open an assistant or another external link, that service’s privacy policy applies.

Retention and requests

We retain inquiry and booking information for as long as needed to respond, manage the business relationship, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Analytics and advertising retention also depends on provider settings and policies.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, withdraw consent, or object to certain uses. Email chris@christopherpiper.com to make a request or ask a privacy question. We may need to verify your identity before acting. You may also contact your local privacy regulator.

We will update this notice when our practices change and revise the date above.
